Dmitry Gerrman was born in Belorussia in 1955. In 1980-85, attended Mukhina Academy of Art and Design Department of Monumental Sculpture. During the period of 1985 to 1988 worked on public art commissions, participated in national exhibitions throughout USSR. Immigrated to the United States in 1989. In 1995 became a member of the American National Sculpture Society. The artist lives and works in the United States of America.
