Eugene Konopatsky was born in Lutsk, Ukraine in 1887. Since 1910 he participated in yearly exhibitions at Kherson and in 1914 at “Koltso” exhibition organized by A. Exter in Kyiv. The artist settled in Paris in 1917. In 1923-1927 Konopatsky exhibited at the Salon of Independents. The date of artist’s death is unknown.
