Evgenii Vladimirovich BACHURIN 1934 — Євген БАЧУРІН • Евгений Владимирович БАЧУРИНEvgenii Bachurin was born in 1934 in Leningrad. He is a well known Russian poet, bard and artist.
In 1951 he graduated from Sochi middle school and entered Moscow Polygraphic Institute. In 1954 Bachurin entered Leningrad Visual Art Institute by the name of I.E.Repin where he studied painting. The artist was excluded from the Institute in 1957. Hence he returned to Moscow and in 1959 graduated from Moscow Polygraphic Institute. After working in book illustration and graphic design since 1960 the artist dedicated his time only to painting starting from 1985.
