Pavel Viktorovich Peppershtein (Pivovarov) was born in Moscow in 1966. Painter and writer. He was one of the founders of the Inspection “Medical Hermenevtiks” group. Peppershtein lives and works in Moscow but often travels to Tel-Aviv where he maintains a studio.
