In 1920 he immigrated to Constantinople where he studied in conservatorium of music and Russian private school. Lukin studied art at the Ukrainian Art School in Prague in the studio of S.Mako. In 1927 he moved to Paris where he studied at the Institute of Applied arts in the studio of I.Bilibin. Lukin was a member of “Icon” art group, he painted icons for Russian churches in Paris and Toulon. In 1930s the artist studied at the Paris school of visual arts. The artist died in 1988. |
