Abram Semenovych Balazovsky was born in 1908. He studied at the Kyiv Art Institute in 1934-1937 and at the Moscow Institute of Continuing Professional Education in the studio of A.Lentulov in 1938-1941. Balazovsky worked as a decorator for the Kyiv theater of musical comedy and at the Kyiv TV studios. The artist died in 1979.
