Born in 1922 in Stari Kumashev, Tatarstan. Distinguished artist of the Ukrainian SSR. Graduated in 1947 from Kazan Art College and in 1953 from Kharkiv Art Institute where he studied in the studio of O. Kokel, P. Kotov, M. Ribalchenko, O. Liubinski and L. Chernov. Member of the Artists Union of Ukraine. First exhibited in 1953. Painter of genre paintings and landscapes. Died in Kharkiv in 1975.
