| Oleg KULIK 1961 — Олег КУЛІК • Олег КУЛИКOleg Kulik was born in Kiev in 1961. He is a well known Russian performance artist, sculptor, photographer and curator. Kulik graduated from a Kiev Art School (1979), and Kiev Geological Survey College (1982). The artist lives in Moscow since 1986. Kulik became known in the West after his performance “man-dog”. In 1997 Deitch Projects has shown Kulik’s performance I Bite America and America Bites Me at its SoHo gallery. As curator of the Regina Gallery, Kulik became known for his unorthodox approaches. In 2009, Kulik curated the Kandinsky Prize in London at the Louise Blouin Foundation. The artist lives and works in Moscow. |
