Pavel Dzhogin was born in St. Petersburg in 1834. Studied at the St. Petersburg Art Academy. He was a landscape painter. Painted the surrounding of St. Petersburg, Novgorod, Cherkassy and today’s Finland. The most important painting is “View of Dubki, near St. Petersburg”. The artist died in St. Petersburg in 1885.
