Ivan Nikolaevich Shulga (Ivan Mykolayovych Shulha) was born in Mikhailivka, Kherson province, Ukraine in 1889. Studied at St. Petersburg Art Academy (1911-1917). Active in Kharkiv. Important shows include “Twenty Years of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army”, Moscow, 1938 and “Industry of Socialism”, Moscow, 1939. Died in Kharkiv in 1956.
