He studied at VHUTEIN in the studios of N. Kupriyanov, I. Nivinsky and A. Shevchenko. Began exhibiting since 1926. Member of the “Shop of artists” group in 1926-1928. At the end of 1920’s started experimenting with monotype painting. Exhibited his works in Venice (1932), London (1935), Bulgaria (1936). Personal exhibitions took place in Moscow in 1933, 1956, 1978. He died in Moscow in 1973. |
